Brethren, we know that GOD IS IN CONTROL. But do not forget that HE has a ‘perfect’ will and a ‘permissive’ will.” HE is Omnipotent – HE can do anything HE chooses to do.
There are times when HIS permissive will allows events to happen to further fulfill Bible Prophecy.
I believe that HAARP and WEAPONIZED WEATHER CONTROL falls under HIS permissive will.
